This Affiliate Program Agreement explains the terms and conditions for participating in the ScriptMarketHub affiliate program. ScriptMarketHub operates as a digital marketplace similar to CodeCanyon, allowing developers to sell scripts, software, themes, templates, mobile app source code, SaaS projects, and other digital products. By joining or participating in the affiliate program, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this agreement.
To participate in the affiliate program, you must have an active ScriptMarketHub account and be at least 18 years old. Affiliates must comply with all applicable laws and platform policies. ScriptMarketHub reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
Users may register for the affiliate program through the affiliate section of their account dashboard. Once approved, affiliates will receive a unique referral link that can be used to promote ScriptMarketHub products. Affiliates are responsible for keeping their account information accurate and up to date.
Affiliates earn a 25% commission on eligible completed sales generated through their unique referral links. Commissions are calculated based on the net sale amount after applicable discounts, refunds, or adjustments. Commission rates may be updated in the future, but changes will apply only to new transactions.
Affiliate tracking is performed using cookies and referral links. When a user clicks an affiliate link and completes a purchase within the tracking period, the sale is attributed to the affiliate. ScriptMarketHub is not responsible for lost commissions due to disabled cookies, ad blockers, or technical issues beyond its control.
Affiliate commissions are subject to verification before approval. Commissions may be reversed if a transaction is refunded, canceled, charged back, or determined to be fraudulent. ScriptMarketHub reserves the right to withhold or adjust commissions to maintain fairness and prevent abuse.
Affiliates may request withdrawals once the minimum payout threshold is reached. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1 to 48 hours, subject to verification and payment gateway processing times. Payment methods may include PayPal, USDT, internal wallet balance, UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), bKash, and Nagad.
Affiliates must promote ScriptMarketHub ethically and honestly. Misleading claims, false advertising, spam, or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited. Affiliates may not represent themselves as official employees or owners of ScriptMarketHub.
Affiliates may not engage in self-referrals, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, automated traffic, or manipulation of the affiliate tracking system. Using unauthorized paid ads, trademark bidding, or impersonation is also prohibited unless explicitly approved.
ScriptMarketHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate any affiliate account that violates this agreement or engages in prohibited activities. Upon termination, unpaid or pending commissions may be forfeited if earned through violation of these terms.
ScriptMarketHub may modify, suspend, or terminate the affiliate program at any time. Changes to commission rates, payment methods, or rules will be communicated through the platform. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
ScriptMarketHub is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the affiliate program. Liability related to affiliate commissions is limited to the amount of commissions earned, if any.
Participation in the affiliate program does not create any partnership, employment, or agency relationship between the affiliate and ScriptMarketHub. Affiliates operate as independent participants.
This Affiliate Program Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
