By accessing, registering, purchasing, selling, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision, you must immediately stop using the platform. These Terms apply to all users, including visitors, buyers, sellers, and affiliates.
To use ScriptMarketHub, you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable laws. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet these requirements. Users who fail to meet eligibility criteria may have their access restricted or terminated without notice.
Users must create an account to access marketplace features such as purchasing products, selling items, or participating in the affiliate program. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Creating accounts using false or misleading details is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.
You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including purchases, uploads, communications, and financial transactions. You must keep your login credentials secure and confidential. Any action performed using your account will be considered authorized by you unless proven otherwise. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify the platform immediately.
ScriptMarketHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or marketplace policies. This includes fraud, abuse, repeated violations, copyright infringement, or behavior that poses legal, financial, or security risks. In such cases, access to services, downloads, or earnings may be restricted or revoked without prior notice.
ScriptMarketHub operates solely as a facilitator that connects buyers and sellers of digital products. The platform provides tools for listing products, processing payments, delivering digital files, managing licenses, and handling withdrawals. ScriptMarketHub does not own, develop, or control seller products and does not guarantee their performance or suitability.
All products sold on the platform are digital and delivered electronically after successful payment. Buyers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, features, documentation, system requirements, and demo links before purchasing. Once a product has been downloaded or accessed, the purchase is considered complete and final unless eligible under the Refund Policy.
Sellers may upload digital products for sale after approval. Sellers must ensure that all products are original, legally owned, and do not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or licenses. Products must comply with marketplace guidelines. ScriptMarketHub may remove any product that violates policies or legal requirements.
Sellers are responsible for providing accurate and complete product information, including descriptions, screenshots, demos, and documentation. Misrepresentation, exaggerated claims, or misleading content may result in product rejection, removal, or seller account action. Maintaining product accuracy is essential to marketplace trust and quality.
Each product is sold under a specific license that defines how the buyer may use it. Buyers must comply with the license terms provided with the product. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, sharing, or sublicensing of products is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the license.
Sellers determine the prices of their products. All payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. Supported payment methods include PayPal, USDT (cryptocurrency), internal wallet balance, UPI, PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), bKash, and Nagad. ScriptMarketHub does not store full payment credentials and relies on secure payment providers.
ScriptMarketHub charges a commission on each successful sale. Commission rates and details are displayed in the seller dashboard and may change over time. By listing products on the platform, sellers agree to the commission structure applicable at the time of sale.
Sellers and affiliates may request withdrawals once they meet the minimum withdrawal requirement. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1 to 48 hours, depending on verification and payment method. The platform reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals if incorrect payment information is provided or suspicious activity is detected.
ScriptMarketHub offers an affiliate program that allows users to earn commissions by referring new customers using approved referral links. Affiliates earn a 25% commission on eligible completed sales generated through their referral links. Affiliates must promote the platform ethically and may not engage in spam, misleading advertising, self-referrals, or system manipulation.
Affiliate commissions may be reversed if a referred transaction is refunded, canceled, charged back, or identified as fraudulent. The platform reserves the right to review affiliate activity and adjust commissions to maintain fairness and integrity.
Refunds may be granted only in limited cases, such as when a product is defective, significantly not as described, or missing essential files. Buyers must submit refund requests within the allowed timeframe and provide valid reasons. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or compatibility issues caused by the buyer’s environment.
Sellers are responsible for maintaining the legality, quality, and functionality of their products. If support is advertised, sellers must provide reasonable assistance. Uploading pirated, cracked, or unauthorized content is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.
All platform branding, design, layout, logos, and system functionality belong to ScriptMarketHub. Sellers retain ownership of their own products while granting the platform the right to host, distribute, and promote them. Buyers receive only the usage rights defined by the applicable license.
Users may not engage in activities that harm the platform, its users, or its systems. This includes hacking, exploiting vulnerabilities, scraping data, uploading malware, manipulating sales or reviews, or attempting to disrupt services. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.
User data is collected and processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy. ScriptMarketHub applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own devices and accounts.
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ScriptMarketHub is not responsible for damages resulting from third-party products, service interruptions, or user misuse. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ScriptMarketHub, its owners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the platform, or infringement of third-party rights.
